Thank you for using our online system for reporting a change in dismissal.

The dismissal change on this form MUST be submitted by 1:30 pm. If you must pick your child up early, you must do so before 2:30 pm and report to the main office to sign your child out of school.

STUDENT RELEASES CAN NOT BE CREATED OR CHANGED FOR TODAY AFTER 1:30 PM. We appreciate every effort to minimize schedule changes during the school day.
